Landscape Unveils Brand Identity for Sci-Tech Company Radix

San Francisco based brand strategy and design studio Landscape has created a new brand identity for Radix, a software company that makes complex biology lab work radically simple.

Backed by MIT’s tough-tech incubator, The Engine, Radix is developing an innovative system software that lets scientists design, run, and analyse complex biology lab experiments from end to end. Providing more efficient and accurate lab work, Radix significantly advances the potential for earlier, more cost-effective breakthroughs at greater scale.

Self-discovery

Radix approached Landscape to help define its strategy, brand, and website, wanting to position Radix as a category creator to scientists, business customers, investors and talent.

Landscape created a strategic identity that highlights the system’s powerful capabilities, distilling this advanced technology into a compelling narrative. Together with a category-disrupting visual brand language that combines pragmatic graphics with abstract fluid animations, the new identity brings to life the functionality and impact of this largely invisible system software.

This was articulated through a number of assets including brand marks, animations, and web design.

Radically simple
