Kariocaxt Visual Identity for a Different Podcast

Kariocaxt is a podcast made to talk about everything and with everyone, without distinction of community or subject. It talks about games, life, work, and whatever else. The central concept of the brand is the connection with different communities, talking about everything and with everyone.

The audience is not just a viewer, it is the main part of the conversation, and the whole identity was inspired inspired by this diversity of people and personalities. Suggestively, the name Kariocaxt calls for its own personality that goes from the typography to the color palette, “we are not better or worse, just different”. The brand is agitated, joyful and vibrant, it speaks and listens, it is of the games, the music and the street.

The objective was to stand out with a different visual and to conquer the audience with good content, after a long research, we understood that it was viable to have an identity with different fonts, neon colors, colorful pictures and a tone of voice of our own.

The process was divided into three parts: immersion, idealization and finalization. The deliveries are aligned at the beginning of the project and we agree on dates for briefing responses and feedback on materials sent, so we ensure all dates are met and deadlines do not need to be extended. In the immersion we did a briefing to understand the real needs of the brand and where we could go. We also aligned all the expectations about the delivery. The idealization is the stage where the creation of the materials starts through the selection of references in moodboards with typography, color palettes, symbols and illustrations.

The finalisation is the stage where the whole idea and concept of the brand is presented, materials such as posters, banners, logo and visual identity manual. The final result reached all the expectations of the client and the brand, aligning all the necessary points to make the visual identity work. We also started the communication points of the brand, as youtube channel, instagram profile and twitch channel. The brand also hopes to soon launch a store with custom clothing and accessories.
