Panisse redefines the concept of traditional bakery, transporting its customers on a sensory journey through the Old Continent, without forgetting its deep Pereiran roots. This place offers a unique culinary experience that fuses exquisite food, quality wine and fresh bread with a cozy coffee and gelato, all in a space with a sophisticated atmosphere where time seems to stand still and every moment is lived intensely.
Panisse is more than just an instant; it is a lasting aroma in the memory, it is a taste that evokes nostalgia and memories of times gone by. It is those special moments that awaken memories, moments that a smell, a taste or a musical note can revive and transform into an eternal present. Panisse is a game of times and sensations, where everything converges in the here and now, where every detail matters. A smile, a hug, and a longing; it tastes like Panisse. An aroma, a sound, and a memory; tastes like Panisse.
Therefore, for Panisse’s visual identity we developed a logo with Art Deco accents, which evokes vintage European bakery signs with a contemporary stylization. In addition to a symbol composed of simplified shapes that represent wheat as the raw material of the products and the arch as the gateway to the experience offered by Panisse. Accompanied by ornamental patterns derived from the logo and symbol, bringing a sense of luxury and craftsmanship present in every detail of its dishes.
