JNGL Shaping a Distinctive Identity With a Brutalist Spirit for Maymanat

JNGL Shaping a Distinctive Identity With a Brutalist Spirit for Maymanat

Introducing the visual identity we designed for Maymanat, a forward-thinking construction company driven by a passion for innovation and collaboration. Maymanat has always strived to set itself apart from conventional construction companies by fostering an environment of creativity and technical excellence. Their dedication to pushing boundaries and finding new ways to solve challenges in the construction industry has earned them a reputation for being not just builders, but creators of lasting partnerships and trusted collaborators.

Over the years, Maymanat has built strong relationships with architects, builders, and contractors. These relationships are rooted in a commitment to professionalism, integrity, and a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. Their clients recognize the value of working with a team that doesn’t just deliver quality structures but also brings a sense of responsibility and dedication to every project. This approach has helped Maymanat position itself as a reliable partner, both in terms of quality craftsmanship and in maintaining long-term, positive relationships within the industry.

Our design aimed to preserve the brand’s engineer persona while adding a touch of Brutalism, reflecting precision and reliability to their audience. This choice was intentional, as it not only complements the robust and practical nature of construction but also aligns with the company’s identity as a bold and uncompromising leader in their field. Brutalism, with its raw, unadorned aesthetic, conveys a sense of strength and durability, mirroring the resilient and steadfast character of Maymanat itself.

We wanted to stand out from the typical visual identities of construction companies, which often lean towards predictable and traditional motifs. Instead, we sought to capture Maymanat’s unique vision by incorporating elements that evoke both modernity and a deep connection to the past. One way we achieved this was through the use of a Persian logotype inspired by the aesthetics of the 1970s. This decision not only differentiates the brand from its competitors but also adds a nostalgic element, invoking a sense of heritage while remaining contemporary and relevant. The typography is meticulously designed to balance between modernity and tradition, offering a visual language that resonates with a wide range of audiences.

Additionally, the logo design draws inspiration from the intersection of two surfaces, referencing Maymanat’s roots in specializing in surface materials. This conceptual foundation symbolizes the company’s journey from a material-focused enterprise to a comprehensive construction leader. The intersecting planes represent both the physical materials they work with and the convergence of ideas, techniques, and collaborative efforts that define their projects. By integrating this symbolic element, we encapsulated Maymanat’s core values of expertise, collaboration, and innovative thinking within the visual identity.

Ultimately, our goal was to craft a visual identity that not only stands out in the construction sector but also genuinely reflects the essence of Maymanat as a progressive, trustworthy, and innovative company. Through thoughtful design choices and a clear conceptual framework, we have developed a brand identity that aligns with Maymanat’s mission of going beyond building, creating lasting impressions and fostering relationships that endure.
