Héroe de los Andes is an honorific wine to one of the greatest Argentine heroes, Don José de San Martín. Who, with his liberating army, was a crucial piece in the Spanish-American wars of Independence.
San Martín was a badass, a man with enormous guts since in 1817 he crossed the most extended continental mountain range on earth, Los Andes, to liberate his neighboring country Chile.
Apart from Chile, San Martín liberated Argentina and Peru and played a crucial role in the liberation of Bolivia.
This label represents this particular moment in Latin American history, placing the hero as an icon that will always be remembered.
