Our task was to develop a loyalty program with gamification mechanics for Wargaming employees. With levels, badges, achievements, awards – all classical “game” elements.
For this project we developed:
1) involvement mechanics;
2) project positioning;
3) levels and badges names;
4) graphic concept for levels;
5) design of the awards;
6) corporate style for every version of souvenirs;
7) key-art for in-company promotion.
Idea: The WG team, like no other, consists of real winners. Working in the company is a victory, workingon challenging projects is a victory, every employee of the company is a real winner.
Decision: In corporate identity we combined symbols of victory and corporate culture of Wargaming. Victory is like Rome. No culture has such a halo of victory as in Roma. «Eagles and Eaglets!» – Leader’s message known to every WG employee. Each logo can have a graphic implementation in the material to which it corresponds
