Identity Branding for a Social Network «Hit-Point»

«hit-point» is a social network created for musicians.

There is a major problem in the world of music: talented creators often remain unnoticed among a vast number of musicians for years. «hit-point» aims to help beginner creators to promote their work for free. Professional musicians are welcome as well: they may become curators for the newcomers or find someone to work with.

I created product design for the company. My mission was to visualize how a digital service may expand itself with real-world products: packages, phone cases, posters etc.

Presented visual solution for the identity is based on one main graphic element — path. It represents the musicians’ «road to success» — from a no-name beginner to a star-professional. The «path» element morphs into different shapes, it may even become a sound wave; it works with photography, typography and even space.

The «path» connects two parts of the brand’s name: «hit» and «point». It represents the connection of musicians and users, as the project is a social network.

The color palette consists of RGB-ish blue and white. Such colors were chosen to represent the digital origin of the project. Simple and laconic visual style of the brand shows how much easier it is to promote one’s work with the help of «hit-point».

On the basis of the identity I created a 3D model of the company’s office. It has a reception, a co-working zone and a lounge. All the elements of the style are presented in 3D; moreover, a floor navigation system was designed.
