Identity Branding for a Chain of Food Shops «Yagodka Moya»

«Yagodka moya» is a chain of food stores that sells natural and healthy berry products (fast food): from fluffy cranberry to cherry juice. The shops’ feature is that traditional Russian recipes are used.

Food kiosks are located in popular parks of Moscow. They offer traditional Russian snacks and drinks made of berries.

One of the most important problems in modern parks is that local food kiosks usually offer only unhealthy fast food, which has no connection with the surrounding nature. «Yagodka moya» deals with this issue, offering visitors a healthy and natural fast-food analogue.

The visual style is based on traditional Russian khokhloma, which is a wood painting style and national ornament. It was reworked and simplified. Color blue also has a special significance in Russian painting culture.

The main graphic elements are branches and berries growing out of them. Sometimes, the main focus is on the berries themselves, i. e. to illustrate which product is in the package.

A 3D diorama was created to better illustrate how the kiosk would look in reality. Visiting the video link in the end, you can view the whole 360° diorama of the kiosk. Its blue color and 3D berries on top are very noticeable.

Furthermore, web- and city format were designed. They include ad banners, street posters and Instagram format posts. The square posts format presents a series of realistic illustrations symbolizing the high quality of products.
