Minimal is a developer that is starting work in the year 2022. With a different communication proposal, it comes to transform that rigid idea that is passed on by the construction market.

In the construction of the brand concept, a modern, intelligent and promising personality was defined through the entire visual identity.

Through sincere conversations, alignment meetings, explanation of all the processes and techniques used to always make it clear to the customer, we create works always applying the needs and tastes of customers aiming at the best result.

The challenge behind the creation of the project was to transform the market environment where Minimal is located, that is, to change the way customer work is done. Unlike our competitors, at Minimal we create works by always applying the needs and tastes of our customers, aiming for the best result. Because we believe that all people need understanding, excellence and quality for this type of project because of its value.

It was necessary for the Minimal brand to convey promise and modernity through its identity, since it will deal with a business of great financial and affective value, so the perception of these people and companies must be the best possible. The choice adopted was to build an exclusive typography for the company, as well as its customers, that would highlight all the qualities that Minimal offers.

Finally, the symbol was worked with three main elements: Stability, Flexibility & Connection. All the elements described above were based on the brand’s personality and all the sensations it wants and needs to convey. The result of the symbol generates a brand with a minimalist, creative and promising tone.
