Founded in 2021, Humanly Agile is a business design practice that works with senior executives to bridge the gap between the organisations strategy design and execution. The team reached out to The Edison Agency for support in defining their brand positioning and re-imagining their visual identity. Creating an opportunity for them to reflect their unique offer as a leading Australia organisational design and change management consultancy.
Humanly Agile had previously never embarked on a visual identity journey before so it was important to ensure that the process involved:

an assessment of the state of play, how the brand looks/sounds/behaves in market and capture the semiotic relevance of the current brand system and competitive landscape>
Collaboratively defining a new strategic business narrative and positioning that succinctly defines Humanly Agile
Evolving the visual identity expression in-line with the new narrative and positioning to reflect the next chapter of business growth
Creating new brand tools for implementation across branded touchpoint
Edison were tasked with creating a full visual identity asset suite for Humanly Agile that would be able to be rolled across various forms of collateral and provide the business a launch pad for all further brand expressions. With such a new and exciting business proposition the Edison and Humanly Agile teams came together for a series of Brand Vision workshops to collaborate and better understand the wider business objectives and aspirations of Humanly Agile. Setting the precedence and underlying foundation for how best to tackle an innovative new visual id.
The solution? A clean, contemporary brandmark that seamlessly integrates into the brands ecosystem. A smooth, grid like structure is fused with grand, metaphorical real life objects that continuously inspire and challenge. Mannequin hands mould and shape the elements they surround to bring to life the human component of the proposition whilst giving individual collateral pieces a structure and foundation. This system was integrated into the full spectrum of new brand expressions, culminating in an eye catching new website and application platform for engaging workshops, decks and presentations.
