Fynk’s ‘In Case’ Wine Packaging Redefines Luxury with Personalizable Ribbons for Every Occasion

“In Case” Semi-Dry White Wine: Luxurious and Elegant, Featuring Personalized Ribbons for Every Occasion

As designers, we were tasked with creating a design for wine whose packaging would convey a premium feel, without suggesting any specific type of occasion. Our goal was to develop something universal yet with a unique character.

We decided to design a wine bottle with personalization options. We included colorful ribbons, each inscribed with different occasions like: birthday, celebration, love, Christmas holiday, and f**k everything. The recipient can choose a suitable ribbon for a specific moment. These personalized ribbons, though a small detail, greatly contribute to memorable moments, bringing comfort during tough times, or simply providing that essential finishing touch.

One of the most defining features of In Case is its packaging’s ability to pair excellently with most settings and occasions. While the wine itself is universal, the packaging elevates the product, enriching the enjoyment that comes from the opportunity to celebrate.

We developed the packaging in a deep, solid dark color, giving it a refined and minimalist character. In Case stands out not only for its elegance but also its versatility, perfectly suited for any, even the most unexpected, occasion—a sentiment echoed in its name. In Case is meant to evoke a sense of security, bringing to mind the phrase “In Case of Fire, Break the Glass.”

Everyone is unique, which is why, to honor that individuality, we created packaging that can be further personalized to accompany every life emotion, whether they are positive, like love and joy, or feelings of resignation and anger.

In designing In Case, we opted for the timeless combination of matte black with embossing and hot stamping. We prioritize a positive environmental impact, so the glass bottle is painted with water-based paint that contains no volatile organic compounds, releasing only water upon drying, making the bottle recyclable after use. The look is completed with narrow, minimalist, monochromatic labels that allow you to personalize the wine according to the occasion or mood. The package is enclosed in an equally minimalist hard cardboard and black paper case—in addition to the wine, it includes a ready-made selection of popular stickers to decorate the bottle depending on the occasion, or whenever you simply feel like enjoying a perfect wine.
