From Concept to Creation: The Story Behind Huy Phat’s Distinctive Brand Identity by Brandall Agency

Huy Phat Manufacturing and Import-Export Company operates in the wholesale trade of materials and equipment for construction. Despite years of experience in the industry, the business lacked a cohesive brand identity for consistent use across various communication materials. This deficiency led to a failure to leave a lasting impression and be memorable to customers or partners, significantly impacting the effectiveness of business operations.

In the pursuit of success and prosperity, Huy Phat JSC recognizes the need for a distinctive brand identity, particularly through the creation of a unique logo. The inspiration for the Huy Phat logo is drawn from two phrases: “Hào môn cửu cung phi tinh” (Nine bright stars of luck, prosperity, and success) and “Kim ngân phá luật lệ” (Golden money breaks all rules). The former symbolizes the nine shining stars of luck, prosperity, and success, promising status, wealth, and power. The latter represents the power of money, capable of breaking all rules. The logo combines four elements: a four-winged star (overall structure), nine stars and coins, and the initials H & P (brand name initials). This composition creates a robust block where the letter H stands out, surrounding the lucky stars, clearly expressing the brand’s aspirations and serving as a wish for success and prosperity.

To emphasize the logo, making it impressive and eye-catching, Brandall introduces a contrasting color scheme for Huy Phat – Orange and Black. The orange color signifies enthusiasm, creativity, happiness, decisiveness, and intense passion. The black color represents mystery, power, and sophistication.
