EXP is a company of urban and landscape projects that seeks a balance between the built environment, nature and people. Located in Florianópolis, Brazil, the office attends builders, developers, real estate investors and public bodies, but also people who want to transform their private space. Trasso.design was approached for a new visual proposal with an update of the graphic brand, to expand the universe of applications and develop their website.
The EXP graphic brand is composed of the logo built especially for the identity, with uppercase shapes and letters separated by thin vertical bars. The slashes, in addition to facilitating the paused reading of the name, also refer to the concept of scale. Besides the parent brand, the Urbanismo and Paisagismo sub-brands were developed, with specific colors for each segment. The identity also has the support of visual assets such as blurred shapes, photographic style and vertical lines patterns, creating sober and organized compositions.
The project was developed in 2021 by Trasso, a design studio from Brazil. Our team is composed by designers and journalists that have experience in branding, marketing, technology, customer success and project management. We have developed our own methodology that guides our entire creation process, with dynamics with the client to co-create their way of expressing themselves in the world. Thus, we were able to capture more accurately what companies are and how they want to position themselves, always in a clear and honest way.
