We need to give a new meaning and re-entry to accounting in the current times by using the best practices that the market makes possible. A self-respecting brand/company today has to be willing and know better to support its employees – endomarketing – a quality of service can only be achieved with good employees. Good employees are the result of internal action plans, living and believing in the company culture, mission, and well-defined and declared values.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, companies are investing in public health and wellness solutions (problems related to mental and physical health highlight the employee-company relationship, highlighting even more brands that are concerned only with corporate, ingressive aspects – therefore the value of a positioned and humanised brand that cares about the internal and external image) and for this we seek the era of connection as a basis.
The name “Guiner” came about from one of the brand’s needs for expression, present in its tone of communication, which called for triggers of change, an invitation to transformation and growth.
Guiner is an invented name that was formed from the union of the prefix “guin” from the popular expression “to turn around” + the suffix “er”, which in English indicates “that or what”. Thus, Guiner means “one who makes a turn”.
