Essentis Studio Brings a New Face to Casa Fiore Panetteria Italiana

Casa Fiore is a neighborhood bakery in Porto Alegre, rooted in Italian tradition and guided by a clear principle: what’s made with care, lasts.
In a market driven by convenience, trends, and rushed consumption, Casa Fiore offers the opposite: slow-fermented breads and pastries, a space that welcomes beyond service, and an approach that treats each customer as part of the house, not as a transaction.

It’s not about innovation for the sake of novelty.
It’s about doing the essential with consistency, rigor and presence.
Casa Fiore doesn’t follow fads or simulate tradition. It respects process, honors legacy, and turns that into daily experiences that feel familiar, intentional and real.

The true challenge of the project was about perception.
Despite its technical quality, product consistency and attention to detail, the brand was still being seen as just another bakery in the neighborhood. Warm, but replaceable.
Its standard wasn’t clear. Its story wasn’t visible. Its value was being understated.

We stepped in to restructure the brand, not by inventing a narrative, but by refining what was already there.
The goal was not to decorate, but to clarify. To remove noise. To give the brand the same level of precision that already existed in the kitchen.

We rebuilt the brand system from the inside out, understanding the truth of Casa Fiore through workshops, interviews and research, then translating it into visuals and tone of voice.
Every touchpoint now speaks the same language, being cohesive and consistent. Nothing forced. Nothing missing. Just clarity.
