Today life in cities is difficult. Our quality of life, which promised to be increasingly better, vanishes and the day-to-day of urban life brings more complications and frustrations than happiness. That is why Escalar Veinte18 develops architectural projects that are honest with the people and with the city, which increase the quality of life and connect harmoniously with the environments that surround us.

Escalar Veinte18 is the new boutique office of Escalar: one of the most emblematic and exclusive construction companies in Colombia. It is the brand that believes that architecture seen as a whole manages to create a perfect relationship between the spaces in which we live, the environments with which we live and the quality of life that as human beings we always seek to achieve. It shows us that the quality of life is not only for the weekends when we leave the cities we inhabit.

Hand in hand with the team, we created a timeless, modular, elegant and modern brand that is based on a graphic system that seeks to highlight those details that ultimately make up human life behind these architectural projects, moving away from the visual clichés of only showing renders, plans or photos of the projects.

A versatile visual universe that, through different layers, allows elements to be arranged in different ways to create communication that never feels repetitive and that adapts to each environment in which it lives. Accompanied by a simple color palette but which seeks to enhance the different details of the architectural materials that are already recognized by Escalar.

We sought to highlight not only the materials and finishes that exist in architectural projects but also the human life that is hidden behind them, emphasizing the details that ultimately make up the greatness of life.
