The “Los Sicarios de Midas” beer is American IPA style, with citrus notes, intense aroma, nuances of particular flavor. Its packaging design is inspired by the packaging of old beers, from the beginning of the last century. Since its concept is based on a millenary history of 1900 and it seemed appropriate to be able to work on vintage design in this type of container.
The design is completely handmade in vintage style, it was 100% handmade.
It is inspired by the Jack London story “The Minions of Midas”, where he details the ruthless mechanism of a society of anarchists, a group of hitmen who demand a considerable sum of money from a tycoon of the time in order to be on the high ground. in a capitalist society that leaves those who have the least.

It is a unique beer as it mixes the strength of a highly hoppy beer with a concept that treats strength as a means to obtain what is intended.

Aroma: Prominent to intense hop aroma with a citric, floral, perfumed, resinous, pine and / or fruity character, derived from American hops. Dry hopping version with additional herbal aroma. There is a clean malt sweetness, fruity character character.

Appearance: Medium golden to medium reddish copper color; of an orange tint. Good white to off-white foam that persists.

Flavor: Medium to high hop flavor, reflects the character of American hops (citric, floral, resinous, fruity or pine). Medium-high to very high bitterness, although the malt should balance the strong hop character. Clean medium malt flavor with acceptable low levels of caramel or toast. Without diacetyl. Bitterness can linger in the aftertaste but should not be harsh.
Medium dry to dry finish. It is one of the strongest versions and some limpid alcohol flavor can be perceived.

Mouthfeel: Smooth, medium-full-bodied with no astringency from hops, although moderate to medium-high carbonation can combine with malt sweetness leading to an overall dry sensation. It has a smaller body than its English counterparts.
