Embacy created a brand identity and website for Xpanceo, a leader in extended computing (XC), a next-generation computing category powered by extended reality, neurotech and technologies.
Some words about the product. Xpanceo team brings together world-class visionaries, executive leaders and scientists ready to uplevel humanity through XC gadgets. Its current product range consists of an XC platform and smart contact lens that seamlessly blends digital content into the world around you.
For this project, Embacy created a visual style representing the company as a team of progressive and stylish researchers. They build the future and move forward with a confident step.
The graphic constant of the style is the 3D octahedron diamond. It metaphorically refers to the last piece of the puzzle that humanity was looking for. In this way, Xpanceo’s innovative products complement reality, like a puzzle piece completing an unfinished painting.
The brand logo contains symbolic and typographic parts. The sign of the logo is a minimalistic black diamond. The typographic part is a combination of different geometric primitives. Edgy letters rhythmically connect the rest of the branding techniques. The signature font of Xpanceo is PP Mori.
Portrait images and macro photos of the eyes are best suited for the brand photo style. Color correction of photos is neutral. Embacy also used refraction in the photo style. The magic of refraction appears when an image is divided into several pieces that make up a whole picture. The same technique is used with typography.
