Dorem Design Change of Strategy and Comprehensive Rebranding

Doram design is a Polish manufactory making top-quality, hand-finished garden furniture. Since 2002, it has been catering to each customer’s individual requirements to provide them with luxurious relaxation.

Doram furniture can be found in both exquisite hotels and private gardens belonging to those who enjoy leisure that not only recharges the batteries, but is also a pleasure in itself. Another key target group are architects designing leisure locations for the most demanding customers.

Challenge
The decision to rebrand resulted from a number of factors, but the most important one involved a change in the sales model, i.e. closing showrooms in Poland’s largest cities to make the Internet a new home for the brand. This required a completely new approach. Neither the top quality of furniture, nor the customer service that went way above the standard were properly reflected in brand communication.

Doram brand strategy and DNA
Building customer relationships is paramount in Doram design’s world. Here, the sense of individuality and the desire to understand customer’s needs is combined with the team’s creativity and inspired energy. Unique forms of expression can thus be precisely captured and transformed into stylish, tailored garden furniture.

Visual identity
We chose to combine modernity, elegance as well as simplicity and give it all a new, fresh form. White colour, pastels, minimalism, plus a sense of harmony and peace convey Doram design’s spirit. Quality manifested in each element — photographs, typography, and composition – is an integral part of brand communication. When selecting printing materials, we also factored in attention to detail and sensory impressions.

Customer journey
The Internet remains the first and most important touchpoint for the brand and its customers. That is why Rio Creativo was tasked with finding a balance between UX and branding as well as developing a concept for an online shop that would speak the language of Doram design, while ensuring effective sales.

Thanks to the new strategy and the resulting visual identity, Doram design takes the customer on a journey across its world that is inspiring, seductive, and stimulating to all the senses.
