Moca makes the best coffee and the best sweets we’ve ever tasted. In this independent project, we extend the purpose of making people’s day happier to Cold Brew packaging from Moca.

We start with the graphic elements: the smile-shaped logo, which is an important asset of the brand applied in a simple way. The choice of a typographic family that had total synergy with the rest of the elements and the main one: the colors.

Moca’s identity has a color palette with a lot of personality. Shades of pink in contrast to a blue of the sky color. We chose to enhance the colors, creating a composition of tone on tone of pink, in contrast to a tone of dark pink (almost red).

The application area of the packaging was significantly large. Since the packaging format is rectangular and there is no restriction on the printing zone limit. That is, we could use the entire surface of the packaging. We centralized the information, starting with the indication of what the product was: Cold Brew Coffee, the first and main information. Below is a small text directly explaining what cold brew coffee is, within the verbal identity of the brand: “a type of coffee extracted cold, that is, it does not have contact with hot water as occurs in the traditional way”.

As a suggestion, we also developed a model of coffee cups as a gift with each purchase of the cold brew bag. In addition to being attractive to the customer, it is another point of contact or extension of the brand. Simple design, we use the institutional pink and blue colors with the logo in white. Now customers can make their Moca Cold Brew and drink from Moca’s coffee cups.
