Yarn from dog wool “drug”, which means “friend” in Russian, is an alternative material for knitted products. The threads are made of dog hair, which was obtained from grooming salons. Very often dog owners are faced with the fact that they comb a lot of wool from their pets, and they do not even suspect that all this wool can go into use, find a new life. Usually yarn is made from different types of wool, including dogs wool, which is distinguished by its warmth and durability, also this yarn is more environmentally friendly because it uses recyclable materials in its production.
Yarn packaging consists of cardboard dogs, around which the yarn is wound. The ruler itself has three different SKUs, which differ in thickness: 1 thread, 2 threads and 3 threads. The bigger the dog, respectively, the thicker the yarn. The type of threads is also additionally written on the cardboard. It is worth to mention, that the brand has a large number of different illustrations of dogs to show how different our friends can be, because the wool is obtained from different breeds of dogs. If we talk about competition on the shelf, then the yarn “drug” clearly stands out on the shelf, since it looks not like a ball, but like a charming toy.
To advertise the brand in POS materials illustrations of dogs are used, which cannot leave the buyer indifferent. The following phrases are used among the slogans: “Friend, let me warm you up!”, “The most faithful yarn”, “Friend, I brought you yarn”. Cute dogs located in the store, and beckon to take the yarn from the dog’s wool, and not any other.
Human best friends are ready to share their warmth with you!
