We worked with Poselay Foods to shape a brand and packaging system rooted in craft, culinary expertise and modern performance, bringing their story to life across retail and professional kitchen spaces.

Poselay Foods is a craft-led food solutions brand built on decades of bakery expertise and real culinary insight. Positioned at the intersection of artisan quality and scalable performance, the brand serves both professional kitchens and retail customers with products that deliver consistency, reliability, and flavour at every level.
From slow-fermented sourdough and premium dough lines to nationally distributed retail cakes, Poselay Foods represents a modern standard of food production rooted in heritage, precision, and purpose.

The brand identity was developed around the idea of “proper craft at scale.” The visual language needed to feel authentic and grounded in traditional baking, while still working confidently across FMCG, food service, and professional environments. I focused on creating a system that balances warmth and heritage with clarity and authority, allowing the brand to feel equally at home on a bakery shelf, in a commercial kitchen, or within a national retail environment.

The core mark, built around the P symbol, was designed to reference both the name Poselay and the natural origins of the brand. The integrated leaf motif subtly reflects growth, fermentation, and the raw ingredients behind the products, reinforcing the connection between craftsmanship and nature without becoming overly decorative.
