The Knutsford Gourmet line-up boasts an array of delectable crackers, biscuits, and signature hand-made lavosh. The range is meticulously crafted by chef, Lisa Richards. Every round, square, rectangular, and oval shaped lavosh, hand-made cracker, or biscuit has been perfectly matched for cheese and adorned with the finest ingredients. The process of hand shaping and sprinkling each with their namesake’s signature ingredients has been replicated across the packaging.

Lending our expertise in packaging design, food styling, and photography, Dessein breathed life into the brand with soft carton packaging to protect the fragile offerings. Though modest in size, the packs themselves deliver the same punch as the flavours they impart with a creative which ensured that every aspect of the Knutsford Gourmet experience was as visually stunning as they are delicious.

It was imperative to capture both the individual artistry behind each creation and the process which defines the making of them with a representation of the size and number of pieces in each container. Six irregular-shaped lavosh wrap around the side onto the back of the pack, demonstrating the full size and different shapes of each piece, while the biscuits and crackers include a side profile stack of how many are included in each box.

The ingredients, their texture and the way in which they are sprinkled onto the packaging replicate the traditional skills and finesse required to create them. Dessein branded the suite and coloured the range with a signature hue to define their unique character. The fully recyclable boxes also feature a warm charcoal grey interior, ensuring that these gourmet treats stay fresh and crisp for longer periods. No matter which way they are stacked, the Knutsford Gourmet brand’s presence is very enticing.
