Launched for the spring–summer of 2021, De Memoria mainly uses classic floral notes, light and fresh. Includes 6 scents inspired by 6 famous French towns. It is a common perception that scents are only recognized by the olfactory system. De Memoria provides a continuum of experience by believing that different senses can perceive scents. The visual is inspired by the flowers that bloom from the main note. Blurry is like recreating unclear memories.
Memory and scent are closely related. According to scientific research, scent can stimulate areas in the brain that are not associated with memories and emotions, evoking memories from the past more clearly and vividly.
When we encounter a familiar scent from the past, it can transport us back in time and space, stimulating the memories and emotions associated with those moments. Scent can also help us retain memories deeply. For example, a scent might be associated with a loved one or a special event. When we encounter that scent again, we can honor those memories and keep them in our hearts.
With that in mind, this collection tries to present the best picture of the memories that you have experienced. The beautiful memories with pictures of flowers have faded. To enter the land of memories, you must open the door of time. All De Memoria product packaging has a door-like opening. When you walk through the door, a card will greet you. It contains the blurred memory from the main note. You can use this card to try on perfumes or collectibles.
This is also a special feature of De Memoria packaging, they are used throughout and applied to all products.
