DDC. Group Crafts Vibrant Brand Identity for AB InBev Efes’ New Garry Garden Hard Lemonade

The leader of the brewing market AB InBev Efes has long since expanded beyond the production of just one category of beer. The company is always looking for opportunities to enter new markets and actively develop its portfolio. This year, AB InBev Efes decided to launch a new brand Garry Garden in the style of hard lemonade. It is distinguished by a bright, yet balanced sparkling taste with natural juice of juicy fruits and berries. The brand lineup includes three bright flavours: lemon, orange, and raspberry. Garry Garden will appeal to gourmets and connoisseurs of new interesting combinations who are in search of culinary discoveries.

The brand is inspired by leisurely walks in gardens, where fruit trees are adorned with ripe fruits, enveloping everything around with their sweet aroma. To emphasise the naturalness of the product, we created the image of an honest and caring farmer, the founder of the brand, Garry Garden. In Garry’s fruit garden, the warm sun always shines, and the juicy ripe fruits turn into Garry Garden hard lemonade. We decided to emphasise the authenticity of the brand by using a non-standard bottle for the segment, embossing in the form of Garry Garden’s signature, and label design elements made in the style of hand-drawn illustrations. Large graphic images of juicy fruits and berries in the logo, in turn, noticeably highlight the flavours on the shelf and emphasise the naturalness of the product.
