CSV – Como Se Virar Brand Identity

CSV works with multidisciplinary training for newly graduated professionals, initially approaching doctors who have just entered the job market.

CSV offers training for recent graduates, teaching the way of the stones to newly graduated professionals. They are creating a tool where classes have interaction, with reaction emojis; will also feature gamification, such as unlocking modules/phases, providing badges for training achievements. In the middle of the class, the student will solve real-life case studies, answer questions in the middle of the class, in an interactive way. The strategy is to launch closed classes 3 to 4 times a year.

Live classes
The training will have live moments, so that the class feels closer to their mentors. This will give more confidence and motivation to the students.

Gamification
Possibility for the student to earn points with their performance, which in the future can be converted into gifts, consulting, among other actions.

Challenge
Create a visual identity system that conveys all the brand’s values ​​and personality, reinforcing its positioning and driving it towards its market objectives.

Goals
1. Transform the way of learning, making the studies practical and real, making the student really learn what he will apply in his daily life. 2. Have 1,000 students per year; be a reference in immersive training. 3. Have a 90% approval rating in the usability of the platform, in the interactive, pleasant and technological sense.

Solution
To reach the final result of the icon I was inspired by these two ideas: 1. The movement of the turtle that needs a helping hand to help it turn around and continue on its way. 2. The bird, which in turn represents the search for freedom towards the top, lightness and learning.
