17 new homes, grown with you in mind from the super talented Artform with gorgeous interiors by Scenesmith
We had the pleasure of naming and crafting the brand for this stunning and thoughtfully curated development.
Our identity for Evagreen was heavily influenced by the considered choices we make and with the planet in mind. The details in the font change emphasise the uniqueness within the name. The identity is brought to life with Hollie Brown’s lovely natural illustration style.
Working closely with Artform and Scenesmith, we wanted the marketing materials to reflect the development through every detail. Avoiding waste with leftover brochures, we opted to print all the key information onto a sleeve that wrapped around Lucy Hutching’s latest book “Get up and Grow”. This pointed the viewer directly to the Evergreen website where they could find more details about the apartment, building and floorplans.
Evagreen is a true celebration of tactile materials and beautiful natural light as shown in Richard Oxford’s lovely photographs.
It’s a development that’s 3 minutes from great coffee and cocktails. Connected to the city and surrounded by lots of green space from Clapham Common, Battersea Park, to Putney Heath and Richmond Park. The Evagreen name is true to the building and the location.
Evagreen has also recently been longlisted for Dezeen awards within the sustainability category.
