Consumidor Consult is a forward-thinking consulting company dedicated to addressing and resolving consumer bad credit issues. Despite its core mission revolving around consumer credit, it is essential to emphasize that Consumidor Consult is not a law firm. Consequently, one of the most significant challenges faced during this project was crafting a visual identity that not only distinguished the company from the legal realm but also effectively discouraged those merely curious about their consumer rights.

The Solution:

The cornerstone of our strategy was the selection of an appropriate typography. To avoid any association with the legal profession and to foster a modern, trustworthy image, we opted for a contemporary typeface imbued with visual gravitas. This choice aimed to convey a sense of solidity and reliability, crucial for building trust in the brand. For this project, the “Syne” typographic family emerged as the perfect candidate.

Furthermore, we pursued a strategy that departed from traditional legal stereotypes. In this vein, we conceived a typographic logo that seamlessly integrated with the overall visual identity. Our central concept revolved around the transformation from “sadness to joy,” symbolizing the consumer’s journey from credit woes to a favorable credit score. This overarching theme provided the foundation for both the logo’s design and the graphics employed throughout the entire visual identity.

The logo itself artfully encapsulates this notion of transformation. It employs elements and aesthetics that embody the journey of a consumer overcoming credit challenges and achieving financial wellness.
