How do you create a luxury, nature-inspired brand for a selection of West-London riverside apartments?
Mount Anvil and Peabody partnered on a unique development in West London with a limited selection of 134 luxury riverside apartments. The development boasts a luscious central garden designed in partnership with Kew Gardens.
Our challenge was to create strategy, brand identity and marketing for these apartments ensuring they appealed to both local and overseas markets. Central to the project was celebrating their unique partnership with Kew Gardens and their enviable riverside location.
Situated by the River Thames, with beautiful interiors inspired by nature along with a central garden designed in partnership with designers and scientists from, world renowned, Kew Gardens, we developed the core value proposition, “Where Life is better by nature”. This was then embodied in everything we created, from the iconic name, Chelsea Botanica, to the visual identity that subtly alludes to the unique natural textures and materials used throughout the interior and of course the beautiful flora and fauna used in the central garden.
