Cedimed is a private medical laboratory established in Managua in 2015, offering specialized, quality, and reliable health services. Founded by a multi-official group of medical and business professionals, in response to the growing demand for health services.
Checking Symptoms: For their introduction, they faced the challenge of being a new and unknown option in a competitive market with a diversified offer among hospitals, clinics, and private practices. They needed a prescription to differentiate and stand out from the crowd.
Diagnosing the Brand: We started by interviewing the founders to get a better understanding of their business, its users, and the category in general. Continued with the competition analysis that allowed us to identify and take advantage of opportunities not taken in the sector, to achieve a correct differentiation and positioning.
Prescribing a Clean Identity: Once we defined the brand and identified the key attributes, we achieved clarity and direction for the development of the essential elements that would be reflected in its new brand.
We design an adaptable visual identity system, with a clean and direct style, allowing them to project clearly and consistently the professionalism and quality that characterizes their service.
Then we implement the identity in communication pieces such as institutional stationery, uniforms, digital and printed marketing material, and the website, guaranteeing a consistent and homogeneous experience at each point of contact.
Positive Results: Cedimed’s new brand identity reflects their professional character at a communicative level, helping them to differentiate themselves from their competition and build trust with their potential clients.
