In a world where store shelves are crammed with cookie-cutter brands, a designer’s true challenge lies in creating something genuinely unique. This is exactly the task presented to us by Sarikiz, a Turkish mineral water producer. And we at Butcher Studio eagerly dove into this creative challenge.

Imagine this: the client’s previous experience with a design studio left a bitter aftertaste, and the brand was in desperate need of a reboot. We faced an ambitious goal – not just to update Sarikiz’s visual identity, but to make the brand an integral part of people’s lives, a symbol of a certain lifestyle. And all this without changing the original logo and bottle design!

We started by immersing ourselves in the rich culture of the East, drawing inspiration from its ornaments, colors, and aesthetics. Then, we boldly fused these traditional elements with ultra-modern design trends. Contrasts, vivid colors, daring accents – we weren’t afraid to experiment, creating a unique visual language for Sarikiz.
In the updated identity, every detail contributes to the brand image – a color palette with a cheerful orange, modern typography, lively photographs conveying emotions and energy. Graphic elements play with Eastern patterns, creating a distinctive, recognizable pattern.

But we didn’t stop at packaging design. Sarikiz posters and billboards are bold statements, manifestos of a lifestyle. They don’t just grab attention; they challenge, inviting to join something greater. And branded merch becomes a way for consumers to express their individuality through belonging to the brand.

The client’s words were the final chord: “You’re not just designers, you’re true magicians! You understood what we needed instinctively and exceeded all expectations. I can’t wait for our next collaboration!”
This case clearly demonstrates: there are no limits to creativity when it comes to creating a unique brand. With design thinking and courage, we turned ordinary water into a style icon, an object of desire.
