Branding Núcleo Trovare with Empathy

When a small integrated health clinic in the interior of São Paulo, with a limited budget and little notion of communication and marketing but with a great desire to express its purpose — to help people take care of their health in a holistic way — approached us for a project rebranding, we realized that we had a noble mission there, and, as usual, we listened carefully, as we do with any company that seeks us out.

The professionals at “Núcleo Trovare” were extremely committed, and Empathy did an exquisite job, focusing on the idea of “transformation” in the logo, the font, the twilight colors, and the search for self-knowledge and healing. From this rich work, an absolutely rejuvenated brand with a lot of personality was born.

Idea
Very early on, we had the insight to transform Núcleo Trovare’s image from an integrated health space to a ”Human Host Network in Search of Well-Being. From then on, everything in the identity is in transformation, starting with the V of TroVare, whose geometry generated the opportunity to bring a reflection of the transformation in a more organic format, referring to flourishing. The background colors are always in transition, alluding to sunrise and sunset, creating a sense of renewal and, at the same time, instigating the inner peace that these moments carry.
From a beautiful manifest that we made came the positioning, which is also the new tagline of “Núcleo Trovare”: “Find yourself with your best version”.

Execution
Better than identifying the latent potential in the group represented by the professionals from “Núcleo Trovare”, it was witnessing the flowering of each asset, each sentence, and each phase of this project. Together, we put into perspective the positive side of the problems raised by patients. We decided to highlight the optimistic look at life and the problems we have to solve on a daily basis, and we combined elements that refer to the individuality of each patient with digital and the search for their best version with the mirror. This was evident in the brand’s manifestations on the website, social networks, and, especially, in the setting of “Núcleo Trovare”.

Relevance and suitability
What makes this project extremely appropriate is proof that any client can and should be treated equally, so we can invest our best resources and techniques to provide their best expression.

The various possibilities for expressing this new moment at “Núcleo Trovare”made the process extremely rich, and the choice for an extremely humanized, synesthetic, and contemporary path proved to be extremely appropriate.
