Jit Team is a company specializing in building teams of IT specialists creating software. In order to be able to offer his service to a wider group of clients, Jit decided to refresh its image and conduct a thorough rebranding. We were entrusted with the task of creating a new company name, logo, website, all marketing materials, and designing the office space.
Before starting work, we got to know the company and the people working in it from the inside out, carrying out many months of workshops and an internal audit. Thanks to this, we were able to name their main values and, based on this knowledge, create both a new name (formerly JIT Solutions) and an image. The idea behind our work was to make Jit more innovative. Tech, Human, FairPlay, Team – it is on these four key words that we based our vision of the new Jit.
The new identification of the Jit Team brand consists of many elements that collectively build the image of a professional employer associated with the IT industry, for whom the most important are people, from which each team of specialists is built. We have managed to change the stereotype in which companies of this type are perceived only through the prism of completed projects by bringing the image of employees to the front. The new name – Jit Team – directly refers to the company’s greatest value, the designed logo, in turn, contains characters often used in the software development process, emphasizing the technological aspect. Complementing the image with a photo session presenting employees in vivid, dynamic poses and interactions between characters, we additionally emphasized the atmosphere of the brand and illustrated such slogans as Human, Team or FairPlay.
The rebranding was kept secret from the employees, because together with the company’s Management Board, we decided to announce this fact on the occasion of an event organized for this occasion. Each employee was given a set of branded clothing, designed especially for the company by our Studio. We were also responsible for the production of all designed elements, which required us to know production techniques and develop many solutions.
