Aparto is a new format real estate agency that includes the whole range of transactions for buying, selling, renting residential and commercial real estate. Aparto is a progressive company where innovation and a special approach to clients are combined to create a new solution for real estate sales. It works on an exclusive basis only with trusted developers in Uzbekistan without commission and overpayments from clients.
About market and audience
According to the research and marketing analysis results, the target audience of the company was identified. In order to that, there was done online and offline questionnaires to gather all information. As the result, the problems of the target audience were clarified. One of them that there is no trust in a real estate agency and people think that it is an expensive service.
The brief and tasks
There were mentioned in the brief that the branding process had to solve the problems of the target audience and the brand positioning need to satisfy customer need according to 4Ps. Furthermore, according to brief and marketing analysis, the metaphor of the brand was identified. The metaphor of the brand – Lifelong Reliability. Because the brand has to gain the trust of the target audience and also it should be lifelong.
Key Strategic Decisions
There were the main 3 decisions in the marketing strategy which has done. The first one was to increase brand awareness according to brand positioning. The second one was to gain the trust of the target audience, and the third one was to increase the sales as well.
The Design Process
The logo and brand identity were done easily because of true positioning and the brand’s metaphor. The logo represents itself three main elements; a roof, a house, a keyhole. The shape triangle is also chosen to combine all these elements above. A unique and simple logo.
As the result, the company has already gained the trust of its target audience, as well as brand awareness, which has been dramatically increasing. Moreover, the first partner “Kamron Palace” a residential house’s apartment sales steadily increased from 5% to 45% within a month.
