Branding by Everland for Paralenz Underwater Camera Brand Manufacturer

Below the surface, an enormous aquatic world awaits to be explored. Paralenz helps divers capture and share underwater moments with their award-winning dive camera and dive-log for keeping and sharing with the world.

However, Paralenz isn’t about technology – it’s about the love of responsible diving. Everything they do feed the movement that speaks for the ocean and the community of more than 25 million divers. Through their free app, dive data is shared with NOAA and other environmental and scientifc organisations to preserve our oceans. Now, divers have an opportunity to help protect their beloved playground. It is freedom over adrenaline, community before ego and responsibility before daredevilism.

As a small shark in an ocean of big action camera companies, Paralenz dares to dream big on behalf of the future of diving. Danish design agency Everland helped translate their ambitions into a new brand experience strategy, including positioning, story, visual identity and packaging.

Inspired by the world below the surface, Everland created a visual identity that tells the story of the big blue wonder. Colours, fonts, logo, packaging, POS material and much more helps tell the gripping stories from underneath and is tied together through one simple promise: Explore differently.

“Paralenz isn’t your ordinary underwater camera manufacturer. It is a belief in divers’ ability to make a difference. The brand should reflect this, which is why it was such a unique opportunity to work with the Paralenz team in defining and designing the new bold brand experience across all touchpoints,” concludes Christian Halsted, Strategy Director & Partner, Everland
