The name Arrosa Lorea is derived from the Basque words for “rose” and “flower,” reflecting the shop’s commitment to creating beautiful floral arrangements that evoke both traditional and modern aesthetics.

The shop serves as a homage to the traditions of both France and Cyprus, boasting a thoughtfully curated selection of items that accentuate the charm of both cultures, in honor of its owners’ Cypriot-French heritage.

In addition to its stunning floral arrangements, Arrosa Lorea offers guests a unique experience with its guest house, which features luxurious accommodation in a serene, natural setting. Whether seeking a tranquil retreat or a one-of-a-kind floral experience, Arrosa Lorea is the perfect destination for anyone seeking beauty, comfort, and relaxation.

The shop is focused on creating beautiful, high-quality floral designs that combine traditional and modern aesthetics, while paying homage to both French and Cypriot traditions. Additionally, the business offers guest house accommodations, allowing customers to experience the beauty of the surrounding countryside while enjoying luxurious amenities. The guest house/business location is a charming, century-old Cypriot house, lovingly built in 1912 and cherished within the owner’s family for generations.

The Logo:

One of the most iconic features of the guest house’s architecture is its large traditional arches. These arches are not only visually striking, but also play a crucial role in defining the character and identity of the building. Whether admired for their aesthetic beauty or appreciated for their historical significance, the arches of the guest house are truly an integral part of its charm and allure.

Roses are one of the most popular and iconic flowers in the world, and they have been used in art, literature, and culture for centuries. The rose is often associated with love and romance, and it has become a symbol of beauty, passion, and desire. Overall, a rose is a timeless and versatile symbol that can convey a range of emotions and meanings.

The Brand:

The development of the iconography and illustrations for the flower studio and guest house was heavily influenced by traditional Cypriot and French wood carvings, as well as traditional illustrations. Drawn inspiration from the intricate floral motifs found in Cypriot wood carvings, which were often used to adorn homes and furniture. Similarly, French wood carvings were known for their ornate details and delicate floral designs. These influences were blended with traditional illustrations of flowers and botanicals to create a cohesive and charming visual identity for the flower studio and guest houses icons and illustrations. The result is a unique blend of traditional and modern design elements that captures the essence of the location and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

The brand identity was meticulously crafted with a keen eye for detail, blending traditional elements with modern design to breathe new life into it.

In addition to the brand identity, the client offers a diverse range of masterclasses available to guests staying at the guest house. These immersive experiences include activities like bouquet making, bread baking, jam crafting, and more, providing a unique opportunity for guests to engage in hands-on, creative pursuits.

Furthermore, the client has expressed a desire for custom labels for their seasonal, handmade jams. These delectable jams will be available for purchase at the guest house and will also be featured as part of the breakfast offerings, enhancing the overall guest experience.
