Zsolt Kolcsar – Fish &Type Bistro
Fish & Type is a restaurant chain where one can only buy quality food prepared from fish in the Carpathian Basin. This is an alternative and local solution to protect marine life, as many fish species, including tuna, may become extinct due to overfishing. In addition, it offers a great opportunity to promote local and regional gastronomy. The project consist of three parts: the corporate identity of the restaurant; a publication called FishBook and its website where the users can get information about all the fish in the Carpathian Basin and about the packaging of products.
