Full-on rebrand for a rural German coffee roaster. The brand ‘Mein Kaffee’ is growing and discovering the digital market with their exceptional great coffees. The new brand design focusses on modern typography and bold colors to make this brand recognizable and stand out. One of the main elements is the use of refined golden details that reflect high quality and a very special coffee and consumer experience – the best of the best. Minimalist illustrations of hands are sprinkled across most applications to mirror the hands-on philosophy of this brand as a team of three roasts, bags and packages every coffee bean by hand. The overall aesthetic of the brand is clean and temperate by purpose, yet friendly, communicative and open-minded. With the best consumer experience in mind this brand offers informational print products such as a brochure or post cards explaining different brewing methods and providing full transparency by communicating where all coffees are cultivated and imported from. The diversity of coffees and flavors is made visual by a bespoke color palette. The brands communication is clear, polite and to the point and that is being visualized through the design also. We carefully made sure that the new brand design is flexible and provides space and opportunity for growth. Equipped with logo elements, a flexible color palette and a fully fleshed out typeface the new brand design can be applied across all of the existing and future brand touch points, including all digital canals.
