Brandexpert Creates Brand Design for Blumart Plumbing and Tile Hypermarket

A strong brand is a key condition for harmonious business development. Understanding this, the company Blumart (before rebranding — Aquasant) turned to Brandexpert “Island of Freedom”: to form a new brand platform, to find its own unique image, to update the visual language.
It was important for the agency’s project team: firstly, to maintain continuity, and secondly, to create a variable strategy for scaling the company in the future.
The concept of Blumart is the development of the largest plumbing and tile hypermarket in Russia, offering the widest selection of goods in various price categories, as well as providing all additional services.
Naming plays a huge role in creating brand awareness and identity. In the work on the name Blumart , an associative series was used, including images of “cleanliness” and “transparency” associated with the kitchen and bathroom. “Mart” reflects the scale of the brand — the largest plumbing and tile hypermarket in Russia.
The new visual style of Blumart reflects the concept of the brand as a service of the future. The updated design system became the foundation for the development of the brand, distinguishing it from competitors and emphasizing the unique advantages of solutions for its customers.
The created retail format, which is a huge showroom, allows not only to inspect and evaluate the goods, but also to develop a 3D model of a bath or kitchen. In addition to the exhibition, the space is equipped with special design studios for architects and designers, where together with clients they find optimal solutions for future projects.
As part of the rebranding of Blumart , which is actively developing an omnichannel business model, Brandexpert “Freedom Island” has developed the architecture and design of the e-com platform.
The platform is a harmonious and multifunctional system with an intuitive interface that combines all the advantages of modern online services. The user-friendly UX design makes it easy to find and order the necessary items and accessories from a wide range of sanitary ware and tiles in Blumart hypermarkets.
