Brand Redesign for Oftalmo University by Padre Group

Oftalmo University, is the ophthalmological ecosystem that gives you the space to develop your abilities and skills to the fullest. In OU can find courses, podcasts, articles, and webinars tailored to the ophtalmologist’s needs, so that they can start the path to professional excellence today.

The challenge Padre Group faced, was to make the Oftalmo University brand reflect the innovation of the business and the professionalism of its promoters to take the brand to the next level. We develop the essence and image of Oftalmo University and create the bases for its communication at the different points of contact.

We redefined the purpose of the organization, for it to be “to help ophthalmologists around the world become the practitioner they’ve always wanted to be” to help give shape to the new ophthalmology: open, collaborative and multidisciplinary.

With a brand idea around “Ophthalmlolistic”, we created a brand manifesto, that connected with all their target audiences at a personal and emotional level.

Brand manifesto:

Some people think that when things are a certain way, it is not worth changing them. That it is better to maintain the status quo, because that is where we find comfort. There are those who believe that to go far it is better to walk alone and that the secret to success should never be shared.

We believe in another way of doing things, we believe in a world of collaborative economies and open information, in one in which if knowledge circulates, ideas flow, because what we can achieve as a community is much greater than what we can achieve individually.

Until now, access to quality medical information was private, expensive and complicated and the information itself tedious, complex and boring. Until now.

We are a new generation of doctors, one that puts everything they know within your reach. We are the doctors who dialogue, those who share selflessly. Restless, curious, multidisciplinary doctors.

And we have discovered that there are many like us, that thousands share our vision of the world and that together we can create the place to become the doctors we have always wanted to be.

Welcome to the new ophthalmology.

Some of the services we provided to our client included: brand strategy creation, visual identity development, social media management, app UX/UI review, launch campaign development and the creation of day-to-day materials for the brand to operate.
