Brand Identity for RS Elagage et Paysage

RS Elagage et Paysage is a French company that works in gardens: landscaper and climbing arborist (pruning). They have 12 years of experience, working with demanding foreign clients in renowned villas in Cap d’Antibes, which makes them a quality company with demands for irreproachable results.

Investigation: In order to capture the brand’s narrative, I conducted a more in-depth study of the pruning and landscaping industry with a target population with high incomes, it was necessary to have a lot of communication with the client to know well what was the essence of what I wanted to convey And in that way I started with the realisation of a logo that completely conveys the feeling of elegance.

Creative process: Once I had the elements clear, I proceeded to design the logo for the brand. This must be minimalist and elegant, accompanied by the RS monogram that arises from the initials of the surname ROYET and the name Sylvain, together with the descriptive in French Elagage et Paysage (pruning and landscaping). The monogram is the fusion of the initials, the letter R is formed in its lower part by the letter S, however to symbolize the concept of “pruning” I made a horizontal cut in the lower part of the letter S.

Development: I designed a monochromatic brand language, the colours of the logo are black and white, however the photographic style uses oversaturated colour photographs. The style of the typeface I used is sans, modern, elegant and clear. To highlight the dynamism of the brand, I made a pattern with the monogram, this pattern accompanies the language throughout the different applications of the brand, it can be used with outline, solid or even as an element masking the photographs.

Deliverables: I developed a manual of brand guidelines, materials for printing basic stationery, business cards, letterhead, letter envelopes, folder, in the same way I developed materials for large format printing such as vehicle wraps and billboards. The digital materials I designed are digital presentation templates, social media post templates, digital banners.
