Brand Identity and Website for Seen

Seen is the leading Norwegian-Swedish provider of data-driven video for communication with customers. Its marketing technology provides fully automated solutions that significantly increase the engagement of digital customer & employee journeys through unique video experiences tailored to each receiver. Seen helps to get personal with each and every customer.

The goal of Embacy was to translate the idea behind Seen into a comprehensible and memorable visual form. It was important for the new brand identity to boost trust in a new type of product. And to make this product impossible to confuse with another because of its unique appeal.

In order to show the effect Seen has Embacy translated it through the dark and light worlds. The new brand identity shows the transition from the world of data to the world of users: how customized communication is created and how it makes an impact.

The central visual element of the identity is the 3D crystal prism. It symbolises the personalised campaign that was created by Seen. It consolidates the impact of the gradient rays, the CRM data integrated and used. The crystal prism has two color variations: on black and white backgrounds. The crystal prism is a metaphor for the collected data that has been transformed and then used in personalised messages.

Seen’s website has simple and direct messages and clear but vivid graphics — all of these highlights the mechanics of the process and the results.

All the necessary headings have the text in uppercase and PP Pangram Sans Semibold or Bold Font. The color palette is rich, it consists of black, white, purple, pink and yellow colors. The palette is used not only for selections but also for gradients.
