New brand visual identity and stationery design for a Real Estate company focused on exclusive and luxury properties in Florida, USA. A company that specialize in selling and representing high-end developments and lots on the most exclusive neighborhoods of South Florida. Their mission is to provide unparalleled service and expertise in the luxury real estate market of South Florida. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional result and exceeding the expectations of their clients by leveraging their deep local market knowledge, strong relationships, and tailored strategies.
We focused on building a simple but strong brand with a specific tone of voice that represented them on the market, for the mark we been asked to create something that look similar to a vintage key, so that was kind of our starting point, but we try something a little bit different playing with the first letters of the words Luxury Brand, so the key is there but not as an illustration, this help them to differentiate in the real estate market, because the key is a thing they all have in common. Then for the colors we want to make it luxurious and exclusive, but we did not want to use black and gold, a lot of brands use those colors to enter the luxury market, but we wanted to take a different approach, so we use olive green in different tones and a vibrant orange to build some contrast, and also target the buyer persona we built for the brand. We get a functional color palette, this helped us to elevate their brand a find their way.
