Brand identity design for the community mental health project Red Conecta, an initiative of the Costa Rican health system to prevent suicide in adolescents and children. The diversity of thoughts and ideologies in a small group enriches perspective and dialogue, fostering creativity and innovation. By valuing and respecting these differences, we improve synergy and build stronger, more effective relationships. An empathic connection between two people can be a balm for depression. By listening, understanding and showing compassion, we can provide emotional support. It is a project interinstitutional that seeks to create a community support network on mental health issues. Focused on prevention and promotion, human rights, peer support, community health and coordination between institutions. Currently active in the community, he seeks to connect people through workshops and activities to raise awareness about mental health and how to act in risk situations in schools and homes. This project was born due to the increase in the number of suicides in Costa Rica, the overwhelming numbers of suicides in children and adolescents put the country’s public health on alert. We live in a society where adolescents and children live under educational, social and personal pressures. Early detection of vulnerable cases can prevent suicide attempts or self-harm. Proper training for educational personnel and family members is key to detecting adolescents or children at risk. In addition to training to know how to act in cases of risk and show empathy in situations that warrant it. The project is activated in the community of the city of Heredia, Costa Rica and is expected to advance throughout the country as an initiative that helps improve the mental health system that the country offers and is currently collapsed due to the number of active cases. of depression and anxiety in people of all ages.
