Brand Design for Aquagen

In the market for over 20 years and operating throughout Brazil, Aquagen specializes in water supply systems, operating in the management, maintenance and drilling of artesian wells in an integrated manner.

Project objectives:
Aquagen is a company specialized in the drilling and maintenance of Artesian Wells, a pioneer in a service model where its clients only pay for the water they use, instead of paying for the drilling (more traditional model). Our objective, in this project, was to understand the brand’s potential differentials and highlight them, so that it could stand out from the competition, resume the path of growth.

Solutions found:
During the course of the project, we decided (together with Aquagen) to advance along the path of reinforcing the feeling of strategic partnership that the brand already fostered with its customers. Thus, we defined the statement “Helping our customers to manage their water resources in a fair and intelligent way, generating cost reduction in the short, medium and long term” as a brand purpose. This also reinforces the brand’s ability to innovate in its market through technological solutions. Based on that, we developed its new tagline (Intelligent Water Resources) and the entire positioning.

We also understand that it would be interesting to change the visual identity to highlight the attributes of this new brand, and also to highlight it within its segment. For this, we chose a typographic path to reinforce the name of the brand, which until then was little known (with each of the letters designed exclusively), with a color palette that did not disconnect it from its market, but was still interesting to call the attention of their audiences.
