Holden Kao Design – Go Seeds
Melon seeds have been a traditional Chinese snack put out in family gatherings for centuries and the traditional game “Go” also has a history that dates back for more centuries. By combining the two into one single package, Go Seeds provides both aspects of snacking and playing. The container opens up, holding four packets of seeds held in place by two trays, which can be used as platters to hold the seeds and discard of shells. It also provides as containers to hold the “chess” pieces. By turning over the box and placing it flat, it becomes a 12×12 board game surface, perfect as a conversation starter or a party gift.
