The challenge
In a market filled with masculine, harsh, and overly serious coffee, many forget that coffee can also be a comfort zone. Something that makes you smile. That gives you relief. How do we create coffee that’s not intimidating, not boring, yet still has soul? How do we turn this product into more than just a product — but part of someone’s mood? Inviting people not just to drink, but to feel noticed.
The strategy
We see this world as too serious. Everyone’s in a rush. Every place is competing to look “premium,” “expensive,” and “high-end.” but amidst all of that, who is still offering a small escape that feels truly human?
Bliscoff is born from a simple need that is often overlooked — not just coffee or ice cream, but a small moment to breathe. We believe not everyone needs to be bombarded with words, claims, or promises. Because sometimes, what touches the heart most is the taste and the feeling.
That’s why we let the design speak first. With honest colors, expressive shapes, and visual messages that aren’t trying to be perfect. We don’t try to please everyone — because we know bliscoff isn’t for everyone.

That’s why our packaging is soft, our logo is not “corporate,” and our taste feels like a good friend — not too loud, but always there.

Logo
Bliscoff’s logo is designed with an unconventional shape — slightly tilted, as if in motion, running, or gliding away from something. It’s a visual metaphor for “A small escape from the boring world.”
The font combines a bold yet soft character, reflecting courage without losing warmth. Modern letters with a humanistic flow — because this brand is not about perfection, but about being comfortable and honest.
Illustration
The visual illustrations on each bliscoff variant are like expressive doodles — light, playful, and fun. Faces that tell you to take a moment to relax. The illustration style is intentionally simple, with minimal textures, so it feels more personal and alive. Like a visual diary from someone who understands what it feels like to need an escape.
Naming — bliscoff
“Bliscoff” is a combination of two words:
Bliss — happiness, comfort, lightness
Coff — from the word coffee, but also interpreted as cool-off.
This name is not only easy to remember and playful, but it also immediately conveys the emotional feel and function of the brand:
Packaging
The packaging features a visual illustration of a face, inviting you to look and relax for a moment. The design is expressive, light, and playful.
The packaging material is matte with a soft-touch finish, giving it a premium yet friendly feel. A small textual element is carefully placed to bring a smile when read, as bliscoff is a brand that wants to speak directly to the heart.
