“An upper-middle class Italian cafe based in Jakarta, Pippo serves exquisite dishes, including pizzas and pastas, to those who crave authentic, delicious Italian delicacies. We designed its branding with certain traits in mind; simple and warm. The logo is derived from a kid’s face as he’s looking cravingly at a tomato, an ingredient that’s almost iconic due to how widely it’s explored in Italian dishes. The red color scheme also represents tomato while the green represents fresh vegetables which is very prominent in Italian food. Additionally, the yellow color scheme complements the red and green as well as fortifies the warm vibe of the brand.”
