“Packaging design for Mırra —a traditional type of bitter Turkish coffee. The concept which I based my project on is history and as a complementing visual concept I selected Göbekli Tepe —an important archeological site located in Turkey. I designed a pattern from carved animal reliefs accompanied with a small booklet which has the same unique form of Göbekli Tepe pillars that contains information about both Göbekli Tepe and Mırra. This project can be considered unique due to the fact that it uses an important historical ruin that holds grave value to the birth of modern day society and civilisations.”
