Energy drinks contain tonic components that stimulate the nervous system, give noticeable vigor and activate the brain, they are indispensable helpers at work. It can be a great alternative to coffee in the workplace.
Many energy drink manufacturers use dark packaging and aggressive design for their products. But now brands of energy drinks have begun to appear that make light-colored packaging, bright and with an emphasis on naturalness. Manufacturers are trying to get away from the “night image” of the drink. Even those manufacturers that have been on the market for a long time began to add light packaging to their assortment. Therefore, the main task of the project is to develop a positive, bright an energy drink package that was associated with a daytime drink and would create a feeling of lightness and good mood.
When developing a visual language for packaging, the question was asked, what do the office and energy have in common? Of course, time. Deadlines, appointments, working hours – all this is tied to time, this is endless energy, constant movement. Time in the office flows unevenly, it either speeds up or slows down – this became the insight for the visual language of energy drink packaging. For someone, 5 minutes will last an hour, and for someone, an hour will fly by in five minutes.
The name of the energy drink Asap is taken from office slang, meaning As soon as possible (as soon as possible). The main elements on the packaging are a clock depicting fruits, the smooth shapes of which imitate the different passage of time.
